Hey, I’m Jess!
I began my journey in 2020, initially establishing a home organizing business.
With a personal diagnosis of ADHD in 2015, I discovered an innate connection to working with neurodivergent individuals. As my understanding of my diagnosis evolved in adulthood, it became apparent that existing societal structures catered predominantly to neurotypical individuals.
Following my autism diagnosis in 2023, I expanded Space and Soul’s offerings to include specialized programs such as “The Dub Club,” individual coaching, and body doubling.
I’m passionate about leveraging tools like astrology and human design to empower my clients, allowing them to embrace their unique strengths within a world that often demands conformity.
Located in Loudon, New Hampshire, I reside with my son, husband, three beloved dogs, and a flock of chickens!

Witnessing this disparity ignited my passion to empower others by helping them create personalized systems that harness their unique strengths.
I’m committed to sharing the insights I’ve gained through my hands-on experience, extensive self-education on autism literature, and collaboration with health professionals specializing in neurodivergence.
My resilience lies in my willingness to embrace new challenges without the fear of failure, allowing me to continually push forward, even when setbacks occur.
Through my experiences, I aim to demonstrate how embracing neurodivergent strengths can benefit all small business owners.
